Provide recommendations based on client requests, assist with coordinating reservations, organize important details, and maintain accurate client information. Follow up with clients throughout the planning process and provide professional customer support before and after arrangements are made.

Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic computer and internet skills are required. Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn, able to manage their own schedule, and comfortable completing required training and certification.
