Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences and expectations. Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation, and activities. Prepare customized vacation recommendations and itineraries. Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details. Assist clients with itinerary modifications and travel-related questions. Maintain accurate client files and reservation records. Communicate with travel suppliers to ensure a seamless planning experience. Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and industry news. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico. Reliable computer and high-speed internet access. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
