Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Remote Virtual Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in South Carolina . You’ll support students' lives working in-person with students to support mobility, function, and participation at school. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $55/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for students (pediatric caseload) Supervise onsite Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in South Carolina , or licensed in another state and willing to obtain SC licensure ASAP Pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
