Rendering Engineer at BairesDev

As a Rendering Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance graphics pipelines and sophisticated visual effects for real-time applications. You will focus on pushing the boundaries of visual fidelity while ensuring optimal execution across diverse hardware platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain production-grade rendering systems and graphics pipelines.
• Develop and optimize complex shaders and advanced shading setups to achieve high-quality visual results.
• Leverage low-level graphics APIs to manage GPU resources and improve frame rates.
• Collaborate with artists and developers to translate visual concepts into efficient technical implementations.
• Conduct deep performance analysis and hardware-specific optimizations to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Stay at the forefront of graphics technology to integrate modern rendering techniques and industry standards.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on graphics rendering.
• Proven expertise in developing real-time graphics pipelines using C++.
• Advanced proficiency in shader languages such as GLSL, HLSL, or MSL.
• Hands-on experience with graphics APIs like Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, or OpenGL.
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture and low-level performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
