Rent Review Coordinator

We are looking for a confident, target-driven specialist to manage rent review operations for a major UK residential property portfolio. In this role, you will assess market trends, evaluate property data, and negotiate rent increases directly with tenants to maximize landlord returns. This is an ideal fit for an assertive, persuasive professional who enjoys negotiation and relationship management.

Mon – Fri

10:00 – 18:00

• Market Analysis & Recommendations: Research local property trends and comparable market evidence to calculate and recommend competitive rent increases.
• Negotiation & Client Communication: Negotiate rent adjustments professionally with tenants, balancing commercial targets with long-term tenant retention.
• Legal & Statutory Compliance: Prepare standard statutory notices (Section 13) and complete routine compliance and AML checks.
• System & File Management: Maintain accurate records across each review lifecycle and log all outcomes, notices, and correspondence in our CRM system.
• Team & Portfolio Collaboration: Work closely with Lettings and Property Management colleagues to ensure seamless execution and deliver a consistent customer experience.

• Good English Skills: Strong written and spoken English with a professional, confident phone manner.
• Customer or Sales Experience: Background in customer service, phone-based negotiations, sales, or property administration.
• Strong Communicator: Comfortable having direct, persuasive conversations over the phone and handling customer objections with ease.
• Detail-Oriented & Tech Savvy: High accuracy when handling paperwork, using spreadsheets, and updating CRM systems.
• Eager to Learn: No prior UK rent review experience needed — full training on processes and legal notices will be provided!
