Position Summary Responsible for supporting the Nursing department by ensuring timely and accurate nurse visit entry and batching in medical records software. Individual will maximize contact with agencies to capture all completed visit notes. Team member will effectively execute the process that is consistent with the management and organizational goals. Coordinates subcontracted nursing agency visit documentation receipt. Performs timely data entry and batching of nursing notes into the computer system. Index nurse documentation in EMR Train and utilize Epic EMR Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum one year of related experience in coordinating activities, administrative support functions, and customer service. Experience as a nursing assistant, pharmacy technician, home patient representative, or customer service representative preferred. Preferred Qualifications Effective verbal and written communications skills. Excellent detail orientation and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft business software. Education Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma; some college preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
