About our Financial Reporting Team Our Financial Reporting team at Kiwi.com is responsible for delivering accurate, consistent, and timely financial reporting while driving standardized accounting methodologies and processes across the Finance organization. The team partners closely with key Finance stakeholders to continuously improve reporting practices, ensure compliance, and strengthen the quality of financial data. As part of its mission, the team also leads the adoption of AI-powered automation to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enable the Finance organization to scale with the business. What you will do Standardize group reporting methodologies : Establish and formalize IFRS accounting policies and internal financial reporting workflows across the entire Kiwi.com group. Own core IFRS financial statements : Deliver accurate monthly IFRS reporting and annual financial statements in accordance with Czech GAAP. Streamline external audits and compliance : Coordinate audit documentation, review local GAAP statements with external advisors, and support group tax requirements. Guide and develop finance talent : Coach and support a small team of finance professionals by balancing priorities, sharing expertise, and fostering continuous development. Partner across the business : Collaborate with and provide accounting expertise to Finance and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. Advance AI-powered Finance : Embed AI tools into daily accounting workflows by training custom AI agents on IFRS reporting procedures. What you will need University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (ACCA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred). Deep expertise in IFRS and Czech GAAP , with the ability to apply accounting standards consistently across complex financial reporting scenarios Advanced Excel proficiency , with the ability to work efficiently with complex financial data. Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial reporting activities. Previous experience in leading and developing small teams of finance specialists. Hands-on experience defining and implementing accounting methodology and processes. Actively leveraging AI and automated solutions to optimize financial workflows and eliminate manual tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English , with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
