About the Company

A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding research team. This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, with the scope to shape how the centre answers the questions leadership cares about. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Research Analyst, you will gather, structure, and interpret information across markets, competitors, and internal data, turning scattered inputs into clear briefs that guide real decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Run primary and secondary research across markets, industries, and competitors
• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that answer business questions

Reporting & Communication

• Build clear reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership reviews
• Translate findings into practical, decision-ready recommendations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in research, analysis, or a related insight role
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with data
• A structured, curious thinker with sharp attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or survey tools
• A postgraduate qualification in economics, statistics, or business
• Experience supporting cross-functional or global teams
