Location: Negotiable depending on the successful candidate Salary: This is a 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week) position. The full-time equivalent salary range is $72,423-$108,635, with a midpoint of $90,529. The salary offered will be pro-rated to reflect the part-time hours and will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. We're looking for a curious, organised, and analytical person to join our Te Rau Rangahau | Insights & Knowledge team in a fixed-term, part-time capacity. This opportunity has arisen to provide additional support and capacity within the team and will play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality research, evaluation, reporting, and insights across our kaupapa. If you enjoy working with information, spotting patterns and trends, and translating data into meaningful stories that support better outcomes for Māori, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Working alongside the Te Rau Rangahau team, you'll contribute to a variety of research, evaluation, and improvement activities, including: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data Supporting programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities Producing reports, summaries, visual insights, presentations, and other resources that make information accessible and useful Supporting kaupapa Māori research and evaluation approaches. Using technology and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to strengthen data collection, analysis, and reporting processes Working with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and share findings.
