About the Company

A US fintech is scaling its India research team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Research Associate. You will work alongside senior researchers to build the market and competitor intelligence that shapes product and pricing decisions. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Research Associate, you will support the research team with structured data collection and analysis on markets, competitors, and pricing, feeding directly into decisions senior researchers and product teams make.

Key Responsibilities

Research Execution

• Collect and structure data on competitors, pricing, and market trends
• Support primary research through surveys, interviews, and desk research
• Maintain research databases and trackers used across the team

Analysis & Deliverables

• Summarise findings into clear briefs for senior researchers and product teams
• Support the build-out of models, benchmarks, and comparison decks
• Fact-check and quality-check data before it reaches leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years in a research, analyst, or KPO research-support role
• Strong Excel skills and comfort structuring large datasets
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong written communication
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to fintech, banking, or financial-services research
• Familiarity with data tools such as SQL or Power BI
• Experience working under senior researchers or analysts
