Role Details
Full time permanent contract
Dedicated focus on a single sponsor partnership
Management of approximately fifteen sites
Assigned to two or three protocols typically within Oncology Neurology Immunology or Diabetes
Expected site presence of six to nine days per month depending on project needs
Significant reduction in travel due to the implementation of risk based and remote monitoring strategies
Direct support from a dedicated line manager
Primary Responsibilities
Executing site management and monitoring tasks throughout France
Collaborating with clinical sites to implement and track patient recruitment strategies
Delivering protocol specific training to site staff
Documenting site activities through comprehensive monitoring reports and action plans
Mentoring and training junior staff members when required
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences or a background in professional nursing
Minimum of two years of independent on site clinical monitoring experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple protocols across various indications
Expert knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines
Willingness to travel nationally as required
Valid and clean French driving license
Full professional fluency in both French and English with strong communication and presentation skills
