Every Daira venture begins with months of research that produce no product at all. As Research Associate you will run that phase: structured fieldwork in schools, anganwadis and homes, interviews with teachers, parents and clinicians, and the synthesis that decides whether a venture exists.
Key responsibilities
Design and run field studies with communities and frontline workers.
Conduct and synthesise interviews across stakeholders.
Maintain the shared research base that all ventures draw from.
Support calibration studies with the clinical team.
Write research memos leadership can decide from.
Contribute to the exploration tracks (higher education, competitive exams).
What we’re looking for
Masters in psychology, public health, education or social sciences.
Field research experience in rural or low-resource settings.
Fluency in Odia or Hindi plus English.
Writing that makes complicated things plain.
