Role Description The Research & Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves coordinating research and public health projects, supporting project planning and implementation, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables. The coordinator will assist in designing research protocols, collecting and organizing data, preparing summaries and reports, and supporting analysis for evidence-based decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders, scheduling and preparing meetings and workshops, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The role also includes contributing to proposals, presentations, and knowledge products that communicate insights and outcomes to partners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to plan, track, and deliver activities across multiple workstreams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to support data collection, interpretation, and evidence-based reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and present findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, Public policy, data science, management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data analysis tools or visualization platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multicultural teams and demonstrate commitment to ethical and inclusive research practices.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where research, projects, partnerships, and new opportunities may be moving simultaneously.
