Proven ability to research and interpret deeds, easements, and ROW documents. Strong understanding of land-related documents and agreements (e.g., deeds, easements, rights-of-way, leases, and similar instruments). Working knowledge of how to pull and navigate city plats, county records, DOT plats, and other public land records, online and via county and municipal sources.
