Video Researcher — Facebook Content
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
Salary: PKR 55,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for a Video Researcher to join our content team and help us scale our Facebook video production.
Your primary responsibility will be to find trending, engaging, and relevant video content from across the internet that can be used as raw footage for our videos.
You will be researching across different niches, including:
* Celebrities & entertainment
* History & historical events
* Current affairs & world news
* Viral internet stories
* Politics and social issues
* Interesting facts and trending topics
The researcher will work closely with our content direction to identify the right footage and organize it so that our editors can immediately begin production.
Key Responsibilities
* Find relevant and trending video footage across social media and the internet.
* Research videos based on specific topics, stories, or content briefs.
* Identify high-quality and relevant clips that can support a video.
* Gather and organize raw footage for the editing team.
* Monitor trends and identify videos that have strong viral potential.
* Search across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and other relevant sources.
* Maintain an organized system for saving and categorizing footage.
* Work closely with the editor and content team to ensure footage matches the requirements of each video.
* Deliver sufficient footage for the production of at least 2 videos per day.
* Stay updated with current internet trends, viral stories and emerging topics.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong internet research and information-finding skills.
* Excellent understanding of social media trends and viral content.
* Ability to quickly find specific footage from vague or limited information.
* Good understanding of what makes a video visually engaging.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
* Comfortable researching across multiple platforms.
* Previous experience in video research, social media, digital media, journalism, content creation or a similar role is preferred.
Important
This is not a traditional academic research position. We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to navigate the internet, identify useful footage quickly, understand trends, and build a strong library of raw visual material for video production.

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Saturday
This is a work-from-home position.
Compensation
Starting salary: PKR 55,000/month
There is flexibility depending on the candidate’s experience, research ability and skill level.
