Reservations Agent

You+Baby Studio is hiring a Reservations Agent.

We are a growing photography studio specializing in maternity, newborn, and family photo sessions, and this role is the first point of contact for most of our clients. We are looking for someone fluent in Arabic and English who is good with people and comfortable in a sales and customer service role.

The job is mostly calls, emails, and messages. You will follow up with leads, answer client questions, handle photo session bookings, and suggest relevant add-ons where it fits. It's remote, full-time, on a rotating schedule.

A bit about us: we work with clients across the GCC region, we have strong Google reviews and over 100k Instagram followers, and we are a multinational team.

What you will do:

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Respond to customer emails and messages
• Convert qualified leads into bookings
• Upsell relevant products and services

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in sales and customer service
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fast, accurate typing
• A reliable PC/laptop and high-speed internet
• Available for rotating shifts and days
