Overview Calling all passionate and detail-oriented individuals! Join our exceptional team as a Reservations Supervisor and be at the forefront of creating unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to lead our reservations team and ensure seamless operations. This role oversees the daily operations of the reservations department across Multiple Hotel and Resort Properties in a remote setting, ensuring exceptional guest service, reservation accuracy, and revenue conversion while developing a team of reservation agents through call auditing, coaching, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with multi-system reservation expertise and a track record of coaching teams to success. The shift for this role is Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:30am-7:00pm and subject to change based on business needs. Qualifications Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry preferred Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in reservation management systems and software Knowledge of revenue management principles Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Resort, luxury hospitality, or multi-property reservation experience a plus Experience auditing calls and conducting coaching sessions strongly preferred Experience working in a remote setting a plus.
