Aplică pentru acest loc de muncă De obicei noi răspundem în termen de o săptămână The contract will be for a fixed 6-month period, with the possibility of extension. 🌎 Location: Full remote work ⏰ Schedule: 4 days work, 2 days off ( Night shifts are required) 💰 What we offer: Full remote work; Salary up to 6400 RON (fixed salary + meal card + performance bonuses); Easter and Christmas holiday bonuses of RON 250 each; Work equipment; Free library subscription to Bookster; Discounts on our service for renting a car; A friendly team; Managers who care about the welfare of our employees and help them whenever we can, both personally and professionally; Opportunities for professional growth and development. 📋 Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email in Hungarian and English , delivering a professional and customer-focused experience; Assist customers throughout the entire rental journey, including reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and after-rental support; Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable rental options, upgrades, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities; Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment; Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels; Meet and exceed individual performance targets related to bookings, call handling, service quality, and customer satisfaction; Maintain high standards of communication quality across all customer interactions, following company policies and procedures; Accurately document customer interactions and reservation details in the company's systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and operational issues; Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional night shifts (approximately one full week every six months), providing support in English during overnight hours; Contribute to maintaining excellent online customer ratings and overall service performance; Ensure a professional and productive work environment while working remotely from a dedicated home office space. 💼 Requirements: Fluent Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2 or above), both written and spoken; Previous experience in customer service, reservations, contact center, or sales is an advantage; Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities; Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs; Ability to work independently in a remote (work-from-home) environment with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace; Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional night shifts. 🏢 Why Klass Wagen?
