Key Responsibilities · Assist with quarterly and annual reserving analyses across multiple classes of business within the Lloyd’s environment. · Prepare actuarial inputs for financial and regulatory reporting, including Solvency II and Lloyd’s reporting requirements. · Support the development and maintenance of best estimate reserves and reserving commentary. · Contribute to parameterisation, validation, and documentation of the internal capital model. · Assist with ICA, SCR, and Lloyd’s LCR submissions. · Perform sensitivity testing, stress and scenario analyses. · Support underwriting, claims, and finance teams with actuarial insights. · Assist with pricing reviews, profitability analysis, and planning cycles. · Enhance actuarial tools, models, and processes, including automation initiatives. Required Skills and Experience · Part‑qualified actuary (IFoA or equivalent). · Experience within the Lloyd’s or London market. · Exposure to reserving and capital modelling within non‑life insurance. · Proficiency in Excel and at least one tool such as R, Python, SQL, or ResQ. · Understanding of Solvency II, Lloyd’s reporting, and actuarial techniques. · Strong communication skills.
