What You'll Do As a Residential Business Development Associate, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and helping homeowners navigate their roofing needs with confidence. Responsibilities include: Prospecting and generating new residential roofing opportunities Building relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance agents, property managers, and community partners Canvassing neighborhoods and conducting door-to-door outreach Networking within the community and attending local events Following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships Scheduling inspections and appointments for our roofing specialists Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities Representing Farha Roofing professionally and positively in the marketplace Living and promoting our core values of Team First, Integrity, Professionalism, Positivity, and Safety What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and goal-oriented Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable talking with new people every day Willingness to canvass neighborhoods and generate business through outreach efforts Strong customer service mindset Coachable and eager to learn Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Sales experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the roofing industry to the right person Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Farha Roofing?
