Your Impact · Analyze and interpret month-end financials to provide clear insights that guide resort-level decision-making. · Partner with resort leaders and accounting teams to align financial performance with budget plans and operational goals. · Train and empower stakeholders to use financial systems to manage budgets, track variances, and improve forecasting accuracy. · Drive capital planning initiatives and maintain reserve study data to support long-term financial sustainability. · Support HOA board members in understanding financial performance and contribute to transparent, strategic decision-making. Requirements What You Bring · 3–6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis. · Proven track record of translating financial data into actionable insights and driving business outcomes. · Strength in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. · Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders. · Experience in hospitality, real estate, HOA management, or property management preferred.
