Resource Management Executive

The Resource Management Executive will be responsible for supporting resource allocation, bench management, demand fulfillment, and utilization tracking across business units. The role involves close coordination with delivery teams, hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and leadership to ensure optimal deployment and utilization of resources while supporting organizational staffing and upskilling initiatives. Key Responsibilities Resource Allocation Overlook deployment of resources to projects based on skill requirements, availability, and business priorities. Track open resource demands and support fulfillment through internal staffing and recruitment channels. Maintain resource allocation records and ensure all the required details are captured on ServiceNow Facilitate discussions between delivery managers, recruiters, and business stakeholders for staffing decisions. Bench Management & Staffing Identify resources available for deployment and proactively match them to open opportunities. Coordinate bench governance activities, including skill profiling, role mapping, and readiness assessments. Upskilling & Workforce Readiness Coordinate assessments, training programs, and certification initiatives for bench or project resources. Track completion of mandatory learning programs and maintain training records. Collaborate with technology and learning teams to identify skill development opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Staffing, or Operations. Strong understanding of resource allocation, utilization tracking, and staffing processes. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and workforce management/reporting tools. Experience working with HRMS, ServiceNow, ORC, or similar resource management systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
