Job Summary We're looking for an Account Coordinator to support our Walmart Operations team by helping manage day-to-day account activities, retailer processes, and client deliverables. This role works closely with Senior Retail Account Managers and supports a variety of account management, item setup, reporting, and operational activities. You'll help maintain accurate information, coordinate key initiatives, and contribute to projects that support client growth and account performance at Walmart. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in account management, retail operations, or consumer products. What You'll Do Account Support & Administration Support Senior Retail Account Managers with day-to-day account management activities across multiple client accounts Maintain accurate account documentation, program information, and project status updates Assist with account execution by coordinating activities between clients, internal teams, and retailer contacts Support ongoing client initiatives and special projects as needed Help ensure account information remains accurate, organized, and up to date Item Setup & Retail Operations Create and maintain new items within Walmart systems Support item maintenance activities, including updates to product information, pricing, and item attributes Assist with vendor onboarding and supplier setup processes Help monitor retailer requirements and support successful execution of account initiatives Maintain accurate records and documentation related to retailer setup activities and account changes eCommerce & Digital Shelf Support Assist with maintaining and optimizing Walmart.com product detail pages Support updates to product content, images, and item attributes Help ensure online product information remains accurate and current Partner with internal teams to support digital shelf initiatives and eCommerce execution Coordination & Operational Support Manage sample requests and coordinate deliveries with vendors and retailers Maintain records related to vendor setups, product information, pricing, order status, planning issues, and program details Assist with reporting, data organization, and operational tracking activities Support ad hoc projects and account initiatives as business needs evolve Help identify issues and escalate them appropriately for resolution Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with account management, sales, supply chain, and other internal teams to support client objectives Coordinate updates and information across stakeholders to support account execution Learn Walmart's systems, processes, and retail best practices while building account management experience Contribute to a collaborative and client-focused team environment What We're Looking For Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; Supply Chain, Retail, or Business degrees preferred Retail, business, or account management experience preferred Interest in account management, retail operations, supply chain, or consumer products Internships or early-career experience in retail, operations, or client-facing environments are a plus Experience working with Walmart on the retailer or supplier side preferred Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable gathering, organizing, and maintaining information across multiple projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Working knowledge of Walmart item management and inventory systems preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Our Commitment We prioritize the inclusion of diverse perspectives.
