*About the Role*

Full-time hybrid role based in Lagos/Sagamu with flexibility to work from home. As a Relationship Officer, you’ll grow client relationships, spot new business opportunities, and hit sales targets.

*What You’ll Do*

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally

- Generate leads from social media and other channels

- Keep client records accurate and up to date

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Prepare daily sales reports

- Join team meetings and contribute ideas

- Make proactive sales calls to drive business

*What We’re Looking For*

- Minimum HND/B.Sc in any discipline

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability

- Clear communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
