Retail Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Experience Manager to join our partner’s team, a global leader within the hardware field. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of global guidelines and playbooks for managing in-store experience, including merchandising standards, company branded display and POP material development and market support for execution, across the Consumer PC, Print, and Supplies categories. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management, brand and design guidelines, and retail display fixture development processes.

Note:

• We offer an initial contract of one year through Prohuman with the possibility of extension/conversion. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 8 hours/day (09:00 – 18:00, one hour lunch break, hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days WFH)), from Monday to Friday. Seniority: senior/manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop global guidelines and playbooks for the following capabilities, for markets and country teams to rollout in their respective geographies:

• Displays and Merchandising: Working with Brand and Category Marketing teams, design and manage the development and implementation of retail display guidelines for key retailers worldwide.
• Toolkit Design – utilize brand guidelines and approved messaging strategies to design retail display and POP material Toolkits to support key launch (NPI) products
• Governance – support market queries and requests for customization of branded displays for specific retailer and country needs
• Execution support – work with local country and market teams to ensure consistent execution of materials to agreed standards
• Auditing – work with local market and country teams to understand implementation progress and adoption of WW guidelines
• Vendor Management: Manage design vendors for the creation, on-time delivery and standardization of Retail Toolkits and ad-hoc design projects, and annual budgets. Challenge vendors to improve / upgrade the company-branded in-store experience.
• Performance KPIs: Work with the Analytics team to develop and implement ROI and Sales Lift tracking tools across key display initiatives in key countries / retailers WW, and standardize across the globe.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years experience in retail strategy, design and in-store experience especially merchandising / displays.
• Proven experience in vendor management, managing timelines, budgets and deliverable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lead by influence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in consumer electronics preferred.
