Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers — and we're looking for someone ready to own more than just their own accounts. Your mission: write the copy and run the project management for the 5-6 pod accounts owned by your Senior Retention Manager, while owning the day-to-day retention strategy for your own 1-2 accounts. Turning consistent delivery and confident account management into revenue, as you grow into full strategic ownership.
