Facilitate training on billing fundamentals, insurance authorizations, denial management, charge capture, and claims workflows to support compliant revenue cycle operations. Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, assess learning needs, and develop targeted virtual training that improves operational outcomes. Provide education on revenue cycle best practices, including claims submission, appeals, payer processes, and accurate clinical documentation to support timely reimbursement. Maintain current knowledge of revenue cycle regulations, instructional best practices, and healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) such as Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth, to deliver relevant, high-impact training. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
