Location: Work From Home Shift : 08:30AM - 5:00PM PST The Revenue Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of revenue documentation and reporting processes. This position supports revenue operations through accurate and efficient entry, maintenance, and processing of revenue data. Success in this role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet strict deadlines. The Revenue Data Entry Clerk contributes to the integrity of financial records, supports revenue reporting and month-end close activities, and helps ensure operational efficiency through effective data management and adherence to established timelines. Key Responsibilities Maintain timely and accurate revenue processing by entering daily revenue documentation into the systems within two (2) business days of data upload. Review all data entered for completeness and accuracy prior to reconciling data groups and transferring information to the ledger. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information to ensure data integrity and accurate financial reporting. Monitor daily workflow volumes and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding delays, missing reports, or potential impacts to processing timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue reports and supporting documentation. Respond promptly to inquiries from the Revenue Accounts team and other internal stakeholders. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in managing workload priorities to ensure all processing deadlines are met. Support month-end revenue close activities by ensuring all revenue entries are accurately entered, verified, and posted by the fourth (4th) business day of each month. Escalate issues that may impact service levels, reporting accuracy, or month-end deadlines in a timely manner. Perform other duties as required to support the goals and objectives of the Services & Operational Support (SOS) and Customer Experience (CX) departments. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum one (1) year of data entry, administrative, or related experience. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality. Fast, accurate, and efficient data entry skills with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working under tight deadlines. Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with the ability to effectively prioritize work and manage competing deadlines. Experience working in a deadline-driven environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications. Dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet connectivity. Strong commitment to meeting departmental service levels and month-end reporting timelines.
