As a Revenue Operations & CRM Intern, you'll work directly with our CRM Administration and Revenue Operations teams to improve the systems, data, and processes that power our sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise CRM platforms, revenue operations strategy, data governance, process optimization, and emerging AI-driven business tools. Work Locations: We are looking for candidates local to the Alpharetta Georgia area who are interested in working a hybrid/remote schedule. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship. What You'll Do Create AI-powered marketing content, including blogs, playbooks, customer-facing guides, and sales enablement materials Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through research, content development, and campaign execution Assist with marketing event planning, coordination, and logistics Collaborate with marketing team members on integrated demand generation campaigns Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to support campaign initiatives Track campaign performance metrics and help identify opportunities for optimization Contribute ideas and insights to support BCM One's brand awareness and customer engagement efforts What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently on assigned projects Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including campaigns, demand generation, content marketing, and social media Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for social media, blogs, websites, or school organizations Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or AI tools through coursework or personal projects Interest in B2B marketing, technology, telecommunications, or professional services Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement What You Will Gain By the end of your internship, you'll have: Hands-on experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution Exposure to content marketing, social media management, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance content development and marketing efficiency Insight into how sales and marketing teams collaborate to drive business growth Opportunities to work with industry-leading marketing technologies and business platforms Enhanced project management, communication, and content creation skills Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals A portfolio of meaningful work and real-world marketing experience you can carry into your career What Our Interns Say "I gained hands-on experience across content marketing, AI, sales enablement, and partner marketing while learning how each contributes to a larger marketing and sales strategy.
