Role mission
Maximize portfolio revenue through dynamic, smart, and proactive pricing management, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibility across all distribution channels. We're looking for someone who gets ahead of problems — seasonal anomalies, rate mismatches, demand drops — before they hit results, not someone who reacts after the fact.
Key responsibilities
• PriceLabs management: configuration, adjustment, and ongoing optimization of dynamic pricing rules by property and cluster (seasonality, events, occupancy, lead time, min-stay).
• Channel Manager (Cloudbeds or similar): managing connectivity between PMS, channel manager, and OTAs; resolving rate, availability, and parity discrepancies.
• OTA management: Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Hotel Ads, and direct channels. Optimizing listings, visibility, and price competitiveness across each channel.
• Analysis and reporting: tracking KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, pace) and producing periodic reports with actionable recommendations for leadership and owners.
• Proactive anomaly detection: identifying mismatches between pricing strategy and actual demand (seasonality, local events, competitor pricing) before they impact occupancy or ADR.
• Distribution audits: periodic review of rate parity, unauthorized channel redistribution, and presence on comparison sites (Google Hotel Ads, metasearch).
• Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with property management, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue strategy with each property's goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Revenue Specialist in hospitality (villas, boutique hotels, or vacation rentals).
• Strong PriceLabs proficiency (required).
• Experience with Cloudbeds as a PMS/channel manager (highly valued); other equivalent systems considered (Beds24, SiteMinder, Guesty, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of OTA management (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) and Google Hotel Ads.
• Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable interpreting occupancy and ADR data to drive decisions.
• Proactive mindset: able to anticipate pricing and distribution issues, not just report on them.
• Fluent English (required); Spanish or Indonesian is a plus.
• Able to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team across time zones.
Nice to have
• Experience managing multi-property portfolios (several clusters/brands under one operation).
• Familiarity with other revenue management or BI tools (alternative RMS, dashboards, Power BI/Looker).
• Prior experience in Southeast Asian markets or international vacation rental management.
What we offer
• 100% remote position.
• Diverse, growing portfolio with direct, measurable impact on results.
• Direct collaboration with leadership and property owners.
