What you’ll do As our Reward & Benefits Manager within the Employee Experience team, you’ll: Lead the development and continuous improvement of our remuneration framework and reward programs Manage annual remuneration review activities and provide specialist advice on salary benchmarking, job evaluation and classification Enhance employee benefits, recognition and reward initiatives that support engagement, wellbeing and retention Analyse engagement data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and strengthen the employee experience What you’ll bring Previous experience in a Reward & Benefits Manager role or similar specialist reward position Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations Experience managing multiple priorities and working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Success Factors or similar platforms (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
