Summary of Role Lead the governance and end-to-end management of Anthesis Group’s global compensation and benefits offering, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our business strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our global organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full equity lifecycle, including vesting, exercises, and terminations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and a seamless employee experience through Dealstack. Maintain robust compliance and governance frameworks, including plan documentation and audit trails, in partnership with Finance and Legal. Deliver insightful analytics and guidance to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving reward strategy. Manage and evolve the global benefits offering, driving improvements in local policies while progressing towards greater global harmonisation. Collaborate with local/regional stakeholders and external providers (e.g., brokers, insurers) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including a strong focus on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and proactively evolve pay structures. Apply deep expertise in market benchmarking and best practices to maintain competitive and equitable reward programmes. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise At least 6 years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global, international environment. Proven track record of designing and implementing global frameworks and aligning diverse stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, across both numerical and written work. Advanced Excel, Power BI experience a plus. Strong business fluency in English. Experience within a UK Private Equity environment and project management expertise are advantageous.
