RFP & Project Specialist – Institutional Advisory

The Role Our Institutional Advisory team works with nonprofits, foundations, and endowments — and every new relationship starts with a proposal. We're looking for an RFP & Project Specialist to own that process end-to-end: drafting and refining RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals, and keeping every active pursuit and implementation on track. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, advisory, and implementation — giving our team more time to spend in front of clients and less time on the administrative work behind the scenes. Your Impact Own the end-to-end drafting, refinement, and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals for institutional prospects Partner with advisors and subject matter experts to translate complex wealth management concepts into clear, persuasive proposal content Build and maintain project trackers across concurrent sales pursuits and client implementations, flagging risks before they threaten a deadline Serve as the primary point of coordination across sales, advisory, and implementation workflows, keeping every stakeholder aligned Use AI tools alongside existing content libraries to accelerate drafting and content organization without sacrificing accuracy or quality The Ideal Match 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, project management, or advisory support Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy Comfort using Google Suite and Notion for documentation and workflow tracking Curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools to enhance writing speed and organization Bonus Points Background in institutional, technical, or academic writing Degree or coursework in English, Communications, or Marketing Prior exposure to financial services, wealth management, or investment concepts Experience supporting proposal or RFP processes in a regulated or client-facing industry Why Join Us Competitive comp package that rewards impact Work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startup Chart your own growth path as we expand Full health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options Unlimited PTO Ready to disrupt wealth management?
