We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support information system implementation and quality assurance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and test cases; executing functional and non-functional testing; analyzing requirements and business processes; and supporting the successful implementation of healthcare information systems. This is a full-time remote contract opportunity , with services required to be performed from within Canada. Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and execute detailed test scenarios, scripts, and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Plan and conduct testing for information systems, including client-server and web-based applications. Design test cases to validate system functionality, usability, integration, performance, and compliance with documented requirements. Review and analyze business and technical requirements to identify testing needs and acceptance criteria. Support information system implementation projects from a quality assurance and business analysis perspective. Document customer requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze and document current and future-state business processes and process maps. Identify business and system capability gaps and support the development of appropriate solutions.
