What You’ll Do Direct a program of related utility right of way projects — aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards across the portfolio Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities across projects Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent communication and building strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement and day-to-day partnership.
