As a Right to Work Verification Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering compliant Right to Work checks across our member network, ensuring all verification activity is completed accurately, consistently and in line with expected UK legislation related to self-employed individuals. All verification calls are conducted via Microsoft Teams. You will lead structured video calls with Members, verifying their identity in real time and ensuring all requirements are met in line with Home Office guidance. This is an active, member-facing role. You will be expected to maintain pace and accuracy and communicate clearly with members to ensure checks are completed within the required timeframe. You will also identify and escalate any risks, discrepancies or concerns appropriately. We are particularly interested in applicants who excel at: Managing high-volume, detail-sensitive processes with a high degree of accuracy Conducting professional, structured video calls with confidence and clarity Working within clear processes while maintaininga positive member experience Communicating requirements clearly and managing expectations effectively Identifying inconsistencies or risks and taking appropriate action Working independently while remaining accountable for delivery You can find up-to-date information about our services on our website. In short, we are a PropTech company that enables property professionals, including estate agents, online agents, property managers, social housing providers and landlords, to outsource property viewings, inspections and more. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured compliance processes. You will demonstrate strong personal accountability and the ability to manage your workload independently in a remote environment. Because this is a fully remote role, a minimum of two years’ experience working from home is essential, along with a professional and distraction-free home office set-up. This must be a dedicated room or space that can be closed off from other household members and interruptions. Working from kitchen counters, dining tables or dressing tables will not be suitable. Essential skills and attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable leading video-based calls andmaintaininga professional on-screen presence Experience using Microsoft Teams Experience handling sensitive personal documentation with discretion Ability toidentifydiscrepancies and escalate appropriately High levelof integrity,professionalismand sound judgement Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment Experience of Right to Work checks or similar verification processes is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Right to Work Verification Conduct Right to Work checks for existing members in line with upcoming legal requirements and internal policy. Lead live video verification calls, ensuring original documentation is reviewed correctly and consistently. Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded, stored securely and fully auditable. Track progress of checks and proactively follow up with members where documentation is outstanding. Member Communication Engage with members to request, guide and support submission of required documentation. Handle sensitive conversations with discretion, particularly where issues or delays arise. Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately. Operational Management Manage daily workload to ensure checks are completed within agreed timeframes. Prioritise effectively to balance volume, accuracy and compliance requirements. Maintain oversight of outstanding cases and ensure timely resolution. Support wider Member Operations activity where required. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all activity is carried out in accordance with current Right to Work legislation and Home Office guidance. Identify potential compliance risks, discrepancies or fraudulent documentation and escalate as required. Maintain strict adherence to GDPR and data protection standards at all times. Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues within the verification process and suggest practical improvements. Support updates to internal guidance, workflows and templates where required. Team Contribution Support ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Membership Manager, Head of Member Operations or People Team. Attend relevant meetings and training sessions as required. Consistently uphold company values in all interactions. Performance & Accountability Take ownership of personal performance metrics, ensuring all checks are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and member communication at all times. This is a 2-6 month role available through our recruitment partner Workshop Recruitment. The annual salary is ​£28,500 per annum. The working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to ​Friday. The start date is Tuesday 11th August 2026 .
