Aimed at year 12 students with an interest in a career in commercial law, RISE, our two-year work experience programme, is designed to provide students with the necessary skills, networks and resources to accelerate their career in the legal sector. The programme This course is designed to upskill aspiring legal professionals to be successful in applications for graduate schemes. You will: Be enrolled onto a two year development programme with the firm. Complete work shadowing with both our fee earning and business services teams. Get to know our clients with an insight day at their offices. Participate in a mock assessment centre. Receive specialist training from in house teams including early careers, learning & development and bids. Join our mentoring programme to develop your commercial acumen with our trainees and clients.
