Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to support cybersecurity governance, project coordination, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a technology risk environment. This role combines project management support, technical documentation, data analysis, dashboard development, and executive reporting to ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity risk assessment programs.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, technical writing, and PMO reporting, along with exposure to cybersecurity, technology risk, governance, or compliance programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program Coordination
- Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of cybersecurity risk assessment projects.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams to ensure timely execution.
- Track project performance metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
PMO & Documentation Management
- Maintain project repositories, documentation, and program artifacts.
- Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and records retention processes.
- Ensure project documentation is organized, current, audit-ready, and compliant with governance standards.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, standards, and process documentation.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Create executive-level reports, visualizations, and performance metrics.
- Analyze project, operational, compliance, and risk data to provide actionable insights.
- Support leadership with reporting, presentations, and decision-making materials.
Executive Communications
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Support leadership communications while ensuring compliance with organizational branding standards.
- Assist with presentation formatting, documentation quality, and executive reporting.
Process Improvement & Technical Writing
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and process repositories.
- Standardize documentation and improve operational processes.
- Support governance, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives through effective documentation and reporting.
Cybersecurity & Risk Support

Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Analysis, or Technical Writing.
- Experience supporting project or program management initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
- Strong experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
- Experience administering SharePoint sites and document repositories.
- Strong proficiency in:

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
