Risk Consultant

Do you have 2-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance and want to help organizations identify and manage business and IT risks? As a Risk Consultant at Securance Advisory, you will work on varied projects across different sectors, combining process optimization, IT risk management, compliance and internal control. • Advise clients on governance and policy across business and IT. • Design, implement, analyze, document, visualize and optimize processes. • Set up and implement frameworks such as ISAE, COBIT and ISO 27001. • Perform compliance scans related to regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and GDPR. • Perform risk analyses and design and test controls. • Conduct internal audits and support external audits. • Prepare reports and advise clients using practical best practices. • Deliver internal and external training. • Contribute internally by developing propositions, improving processes and sharing knowledge. • Completed HBO/WO (Bachelor's or Master's) degree, preferably Business- or IT-related. • 2-5 years of relevant experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, security, process management or a related field. • Strong communication skills, a proactive hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently and in teams. • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Knowledge of GITCs, COSO, COBIT, SOC, ISAE, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001 or related frameworks is a plus. • Certifications such as CC, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or CIPP are a plus. • Affinity with the financial sector is a plus. • Professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred. • €3,200-€5,600 gross per month, depending on experience, excluding holiday allowance. • Attractive bonus scheme comparable to a 13th month. • Company laptop and phone allowance. • Mobility budget for public transport or a lease car. • 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional days. • Pension scheme. • Flexible working hours and hybrid working. • Individual learning budget for training, education and certifications. • Coaching by experienced managers and access to a network of senior specialists. • Regular social events and team activities. • Clear career path toward Senior Risk Consultant and further specialization, commercial or management roles.
