Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Risk Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo – SP. Act as the Risk Operations SME for complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases. Serve as the primary escalation point, providing consistent risk-based decisions. Support the Risk Desk Manager in driving operational excellence and quality standards. Review and enhance risk policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. Analyze emerging risks, customer activity, and operational trends to provide recommendations. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains. Mentor analysts and team leaders through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Payments, Data, and Customer Operations teams. Maintain accurate documentation, guidance materials, and knowledge resources. Support training, onboarding, and continuous development programs within Risk. Promote a culture of quality, ownership, critical thinking, and customer-focused risk management. Produce and analyze risk reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Components for success. You... Are fluent in English. Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker. Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field. Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
