Robotics Engineering Manager at BairesDev

As a Robotics Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical vision and guide an engineering team in building advanced software solutions for robotic platforms. You will combine people leadership with deep technical oversight to ensure the successful delivery of high-performing, reliable robotic control and motion planning systems.

What You'll Do

• Provide strong technical leadership and architectural direction for complex robotics software development projects.
• Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a highly skilled team of engineers.
• Align project deliverables with business objectives and coordinate closely with key stakeholders.
• Define clear requirements, map out engineering milestones, and track execution to ensure on-time delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in technical team leadership, people management, and mentoring.
• Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ programming.
• Solid background in robotics and motion planning.
