We are a certified Great Place to Work company Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries via assigned support channels Following established procedures and scripts to resolve straightforward issues Documenting customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Escalating complex or unusual cases to more experienced team members Learning product features, policies, and support procedures Meeting individual performance targets under supervision Participating in training and developing customer service competencies Providing a positive customer experience through professional, courteous interactions Requirements: Proficiency in Romanian and very good knowledge of English Customer service skills Financial markets knowledge Communication and interpersonal skills CRM and ticketing system basics Adaptability and openness to feedback What we offer: Stable employment based on an employment contract ( umowa o pracę ).
