We are currently seeking a skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our dedicated team. This position will involve diagnosing and repairing roofing issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify and assess problems. Perform repairs on various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems. Provide customers with detailed explanations of repairs and ongoing maintenance tips. Collaborate with team members to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain a high level of safety on the job site by following company protocols and best practices. Manage inventory of tools and materials and ensure their proper use and upkeep. Deliver outstanding customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients. Join the P.J. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to perform manual labor and work at heights safely. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
