Title: Roofing Supervisor Location: Greater Toronto Area Company: Triumph Group Of Companies Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Roofing Supervisor to support our growing service and inspection division. This is a hybrid role combining field inspections, service coordination, and job pricing, ideal for someone who understands roofing systems and enjoys both technical problem-solving and execution. Success in this role means service work is scoped accurately, priced competitively, executed efficiently, and completed with minimal callbacks or deficiencies. Over time, this role improves service responsiveness, quality consistency, and client satisfaction while supporting operational efficiency across roofing services. What We Offer Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 Stable long-term employment with a growing organization Benefits Exposure to a wide range of roofing systems and service environments A culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and execution What You Bring to the Table Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in roofing, service, or building envelope construction Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems (SBS, TPO, EPDM, BUR), shingles, and metal roofing Working knowledge of building envelope science, including waterproofing, flashing details, and system integration Experience conducting technical inspections, investigations, and diagnostic assessments Ability to scope, estimate, and price small to mid-sized jobs Experience performing site inspections and writing reports Experience coordinating labour, materials, and scheduling Attributes Demonstrates strong technical judgment and attention to detail when assessing roofing and building envelope conditions Communicates professionally and confidently with clients, consultants, and internal teams, particularly in sensitive or dispute-related situations Takes ownership of quality outcomes by identifying issues early and driving practical, effective solutions Maintains a high level of organization and discipline in documentation, reporting, and tracking of inspection activities Approaches challenges with a proactive, analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence Duties & Responsibilities Conduct detailed roofing and building envelope investigations, ranging from standard deficiency reviews to complex diagnostic assessments Analyze field conditions, identify root causes of failures or performance issues, and define clear recommendations for corrective action Act as a key liaison between clients and the company on warranty reviews, disputes, and technical discussions Perform scheduled QA/QC inspections across active roofing and building envelope projects using standardized inspection protocols Develop, maintain, and continuously improve quality control checklists to ensure consistency across all crews, project types, and locations Identify recurring quality issues, execution gaps, and productivity constraints, and provide structured feedback to Roofing Production Management Support the identification of training needs, workmanship improvements, and operational adjustments based on inspection findings Track and document all inspection activities, including time allocation by project, to support internal reporting and service billing Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and corrective actions Ensure all inspections and recommendations align with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements Company Overview – Triumph Group of Companies Triumph Group of Companies is a diversified construction and infrastructure services organization supporting projects across multiple sectors.
