What You'll do:

• Provide application and technical support for RPA solutions, with a strong focus on UiPath robots running in production environments.
• Monitor automated processes, identify incidents and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to ensure stability and service continuity.
• Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues, working closely with business users, IT teams and RPA development teams.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing automations, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Use programming knowledge, particularly C# and/or VB.NET, to analyze and troubleshoot automation-related problems.
• Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, version-control systems, Elasticsearch and Kibana where applicable.
• Contribute within Agile environments, ensuring effective communication, documentation and follow-up of incidents and requests.
• Work in a hybrid model in the Lisbon area, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
  
  
  

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support / IT Support.
• 3+ years of hands-on UiPath experience, including monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting robots in production.
• Programming knowledge, preferably in C# and/or VB.NET.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interacting with business users, IT teams and RPA development teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Portuguese at C1 level or above.
• French at C1 level or above.
• English at B2 level or above.
• UiPath certifications, Agile experience, and knowledge of Jira, Confluence, version control, Elasticsearch and Kibana are considered an advantage.
• Based in the Lisbon area and available to work in a hybrid model.
