This position provides the necessary first line of technical observation and correction to maintain the integrity of these digital mandates.

What you will do

• Monitor automated processes for our Spanish telecommunications partner to identify and resolve logic errors or performance gaps.
• Document technical issues within the robotic workflows and provide clear summaries to the principal leads.
• Test new automation scripts in staging environments to ensure they align with the broader governance standards of the client.
• Collaborate with the technical team to update process documentation as the telecommunications operating model evolves.
• Perform routine health checks on software robots to prevent downtime during critical business hours.
• Collect and organize performance data to help the firm form a view on the efficiency of current automation mandates.
• Assist in the configuration of basic triggers and schedules for unattended software robots.
• Communicate technical status updates to non-technical partners to maintain portfolio clarity.
