Mosaic Conseil is currently engaged in a significant project involving a major Spanish financial services group. Our task involves the reconstruction of complex business artifacts, moving away from fragmented automated processes and toward high-fidelity models supported by evidence. As an RPA Support Specialist, you will work within our remote workshop to ensure that the automated tools used to rebuild these files function with total accuracy. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone early in their career who prefers technical logic over corporate meetings.
About Mosaic Conseil
Mosaic Conseil operates as a small, remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding business artifacts one at a time. We do not produce slide decks or maintain standing retainers. Instead, we take existing pricing grids, three-year plans, or diligence files apart on the bench and put them back together. Every file we return is redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument. We keep the firm small on purpose. This ensures that the individuals who do the work are the same people who answer the phone when a client has a question. We focus our efforts on four specific areas: financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies, and healthcare systems. By remaining remote and independent, we stay focused on the evidence found at the floor of the business.
What you would do
In this role, you will be the primary guardian of the automated workflows that feed our financial models. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring active robotic processes to ensure data is moving correctly between the client ledgers and our internal analysis tools. When a process fails or a script returns an error, you will diagnose the cause and implement a fix. You will also participate in our internal auditing process. Following our model of dual accountability, you will often act as the challenger for scripts built by others, looking for logic gaps or fragile code that could compromise the integrity of an artifact. You will document every fix and every process change in plain, clear English, ensuring that our technical work is as readable as our financial arguments.
Helpful background
This is an entry-level position, and we value clarity of thought over years of professional history. You should have a basic understanding of logic and sequence, perhaps gained through a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field. Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or basic scripting in Python or VBA is useful. You must be comfortable working with spreadsheets and understanding how data moves between different systems. We look for individuals who are naturally observant and who notice when a number or a process step does not align with the established logic. Strong writing skills are necessary, as everything we do is backed by a written explanation rather than a verbal presentation.
How we work
We work in a quiet, remote environment that prioritizes deep concentration. There are no unscheduled meetings and no unnecessary internal calls. Every piece of work at Mosaic Conseil follows a builder-challenger dynamic: one person builds the artifact, and another person argues against the assumptions within it. This process continues until the file is resilient enough to close. We handle our work on paper and support our clients via a telephone number that stays active for ninety days after a project concludes. This ensures that we remain accountable for every model we deliver. Working here requires the discipline to manage your own schedule and the intellectual honesty to admit when a model needs to be scrapped and restarted.
What the role offers
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from wherever you are most productive without the distractions of a traditional office. It is a paid role, and the compensation is competitive for the entry-level market. You will gain direct experience in high-level financial analysis and technical automation, working on complex files for a major Spanish financial services group. Because we do not use slide decks or hold vanity meetings, you will spend your time doing actual technical work. You will be part of a small team where your individual contributions to the integrity of a file are visible and respected. We provide a professional environment where the quality of your written argument and the reliability of your code are the only metrics that matter.
The work at Mosaic Conseil is defined by the evidence found in the invoice ledger. We value the quiet persistence required to solve a technical problem and the courage to challenge a flawed assumption. If you prefer the bench to the boardroom, you will find our workshop a productive place to start your career.
