Position – how you’ll contribute Leading and coaching Scrum teams to enable them to self-organize to achieve their sprint goals. Show the value delivered by the teams and by your own role Improve not just team-level work, but the wider process — with the PO, business, and other dev/QA teams Adapt your approach pragmatically instead of following Scrum by the book Coordinate the team's day-to-day work, switching roles as needed — coach, SM, or problem-solver Facilitating communication and Scrum team ceremonies Expectations – the experience you need +3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working Understanding that "Scrum Master" is just a title, and readiness to act as a hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts flexibly to whatever challenge arises Proven track record of demonstrating and communicating the value delivered by both development teams and the Scrum Master role itself Experience in driving improvements beyond a single team's boundaries — across the wider process involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and other development and QA teams Ability to think independently and pragmatically rather than rigidly following the Scrum Guide by the book Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders – presenting and advocating for solutions, driving change, and delivering root cause analysis Ability to say no and keep workloads under control Additional skills – the edge you have Product development knowledge People management skills Technical background Agile Certification – Scrum.org Our offer – professional development, personal growth: Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives
