Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack Databricks implementations, encompassing front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, and overall solution architecture. Build, configure, and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions directly within customer environments. Translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and reusable implementation patterns. Troubleshoot, tune, and optimize Databricks performance, CI/CD workflows, and MLOps pipelines for speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Support analytics, data science, and AI initiatives by architecting high-performance Lakehouse and modern data environments. Collaborate directly with enterprise clients, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and adherence to best practices. Drive end-to-end delivery, take full ownership of project outcomes, and confidently represent engineering teams in front of client leadership. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering long-term customer trust and engagement. Requirements: 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Systems Architecture, and technical solution delivery in innovative environments. Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification is a must. Hands-on builder mindset with a proven track record of delivering 10+ complete Databricks implementation projects. Expert proficiency in Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, and advanced SQL query design and optimization. Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Lakehouse Architecture, Systems Integration, and Solution Architecture. Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and performance optimization within cloud environments. Practical engineering experience deploying solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Demonstrated experience in client-facing technical consulting, solution design, and technical leadership. Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with high adaptability in fast-paced environments. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal English communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex technical solutions confidently to executive leadership and client stakeholders. Nice to have Cross-platform experience managing multi-cloud implementations (AWS, Azure, and GCP simultaneously). Prior experience with advanced streaming frameworks, data mesh architecture, and complex API integrations. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, MLlib, MLflow) and AI platform integrations. Additional cloud architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
