If you're interested in this opportunity, click APPLY TO POSITION to proceed. ******************************************************************** Title: Data Analyst (Internal post) Overview 20four7VA is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst & Business Intelligence Specialist to support the continued growth of its reporting, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives. Working directly alongside the company's Data & Technology Lead (Yash), this individual will become responsible for building dashboards, improving reporting systems, organizing business data, creating cloud-based workflows, and supporting AI-driven operational improvements across multiple departments. This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and automation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and continuously looks for ways to improve reporting accuracy, business intelligence, and operational efficiency. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Business Intelligence & Reporting Build, maintain, and improve business dashboards Create reports that provide actionable operational insights Develop visualizations using business intelligence platforms Validate reporting accuracy across multiple business units Support executive reporting initiatives Data Analytics Analyze operational, recruiting, sales, and financial data Build scalable reporting systems and data models Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms Support ongoing KPI development and performance measurement Automation & AI Develop cloud-based workflows and automation processes Utilize AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and business operations Assist with AI-powered data analysis and workflow optimization Support API integrations between business platforms Recommend process improvements that reduce manual work Technical Development Support SQL queries and database reporting Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation Assist with API integrations and troubleshooting Work alongside the technology team on internal data initiatives Document reporting processes and technical workflows Continuous Improvement Continuously optimize reporting processes for speed and accuracy Recommend improvements to dashboards and data systems Maintain documentation for analytics and reporting projects Collaborate with leadership on new reporting initiatives Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: 5+ years of recent Data Analytics or Business Intelligence experience Strong SQL experience required Strong Python experience required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Strong Google Sheets proficiency Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms Experience with cloud-based data workflows and API integrations Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms Understanding of automation concepts and workflow design Experience supporting business operations through data analysis Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field preferred APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED Power BI Looker Tableau GA4 SQL Python Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Google Sheets Claude AI ChatGPT REST APIs Microsoft 365 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Highly analytical and naturally curious Extremely detail-oriented Strong problem-solving ability Self-motivated with minimal supervision Continuously seeks process improvements Comfortable learning new technologies quickly Strong communication and documentation skills Able to work effectively within a fast-paced technology environment Work Schedule Contracted Hours per Week: 30-40 Hours Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing) Daily Working Time: 8 AM-5 PM EST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
